Iowa Homeland Security and Emergency Management also does not hire or have anything to do with hiring team members for any state special teams (Bomb Squad Task Force, Incident Management Team, Search and Rescue a.k.a. Iowa Task Force 1, Special Weapons and Tactics Team, or the Weapons of Mass Destruction HazMat Team.)
